By purchasing your Gracefull membership package or course, you irrevocably agree that, if GRACE-full Running (the "Company" or "we/us") approves your application and accepts you as a member, then this participant agreement (the "Agreement") automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the company and applies to your participation in the program.
By signing up, you are acknowledging that you have read, agree to, and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and you are responsible for full payment of fees for chosen package regardless of whether you attend.
By signing up, you agree no refund will be given for missed sessions. This includes unforeseen circumstances including illness. The program is designed to give you consistent teaching to make sure you achieve the best results possible.
Sessions can be attended by any of the athlete’s family members or coaching team.
You are entitled to a full reimbursement of the fees paid within 4 sessions of starting the package if you are not 100% satisfied with any form of the agreement, teaching or experience. To qualify for this reimbursement, you must attend three classes over 30 days.
We are committed to providing all the program participants with a positive experience. By clicking this agreement, you agree that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the program without refund if you become aggressive, disruptive, or difficult to work with.
By purchasing your Gracefull membership package or course you authorise us to use any footage (videos or pictures) of the classes or information about your successes that you share in our marketing materials unless you inform us not too.
